Easy ordering

Found what I wanted quickly, and ordered easily.

So far good, easy to navigate thru and place order.

Good follow up and easy to process. Would prefer a Paypal option as an additional method of payment (so I didn't have to get up and find my wallet) but otherwise, very positive. Thanks!

Quick and easy. Would be helpful if accessories or parts offered part numbers in descriptions, rather than just "48" base" for example. But I figured it out!

I had to call to find out what the approximate delivery dates would be. The system did not give me an estimate before I placed the order. I wanted it sooner than 7-10 days but I ordered it anyway.

You give no shipping estimates whatsoever, other than to say orders USUALLY ship within 5-12 days.
