QualityBath Reviews

Jack was very helpful with my order.

Beautiful products, the website is organized and good prices

all good as always

Thank you Sol

Would like better information on shipping estimate before ordering.

This is a second item I am ordering from Quality Bath - I've been very satisfied with the ease of ordering, knowledge of the associates and the reliable delivery

Always a good experience

Loved the link to shop the entire collection of Rohl Georgian Era. Made our shopping SO easy.

Great service and easy process.

Excellent website information, ease of ordering was excellent as well.

When continuing to shop the system should remember the previous filters. Prices are very good, Chrome fixtures in stock, others have delays.

Quick answer to questions both in email and answered my phone call all in real time.

Easy!

Mimi is very helpful

Chat help was good.

Everything great, would be better if the explanation of the item was more detailed.

Jack was extremely helpful and fast to send my email to make this purchase simple.

Nice clear account sign up and check out online, however many other vendors have 1st time customer Welcome offers on 1st purchase - for total purchase, not just certain brands/items. Nice incentive to buy big first order!

Easy checkout, great price.

easy to find what you're looking for. Love the free shipping. Love the tracking option as well!!!
