Easy as can be.

Ordering was quick and easy and they accommodated my need to not have the item shipped until we returned after our Thanksgiving trip. We have just started using the shower head but so far the product is working as expected.

Quality Bath is amazing. I have purchased several items from them and will remain a customer. Their product offerings are vast. More importantly, the level of customer service is wonderful! The sales team really knows the products, and have been very, very helpful in choosing the right product for the project. And they advise on the details of availability which sometimes is a wildcard with supply chains, etc. From pre-purchase through delivery and install, I have found Quality Bath to be the best around for expertise, knowledge, ease of purchase, and shipping. They make sure that the product you buy is extremely well packaged so it likely withstands shipping. Most recently, I received a toilet that was well packaged and properly crated, but it was damaged in transport. Although this was outside of their control, Quality Bath responded quickly and professionally to resolve the issue. I could not be more pleased. Things happen, but Quality Bath takes customer service to what I would call an "old fashioned" standard where they really look after their customer. I admire this philosophy and it's why I love doing business with Quality Bath. Pricing is important, but customer care, product knowledge and top quality products is, for me, most important. I highly recommend this company. They have earned my business.

a bit confusing for a second, because initially there is one price shown for the soap dispenser then below their is another additional cost for a different color.

Multiple calks and emails to customer service for return. No response! After weeks a response telling me the vendor needed to initiate the return. No one ever contacted me yet.
