Jack is outstanding! He's been very helpful answering my many questions and emails. I emailed him that I wanted to place my order this weekend because of the tax free weekend in MA. He said not to worry if it didn't come off the bill, he'd fix it tomorrow. He's got great customer service : )

Oh, we have this one in every shower, all shower guests love our shower experience ! Grohe customer service is the best, no quibble whatsoever ! Trick the showerhead out by removing flow suppresser, what an upgrade !
