i had a starting date for my contractor on the week i expected to receive my new tub from QB. i had received a message that said 6-8 business days for delivery. no one warned me that QB was going to be closed that whole week for Sukkot, and that no deliveries would be made. i had to delay my contractor and now the start date is pushed back far because they started another project. i would hope you can contract a company to do your deliveries during the holidays. but the least you could do is give your customers expecting deliveries a heads-up. this must have been my 10th purchase from QB, so very disappointed. also, when delivery was made, the driver basically dropped the stuff and ran away. i had no time to check that everything was included and no time to ask about how to safely store the items until my contractor can start- that's not good service! the 3 stars are because i have also had pleasant experiences shopping at QB. prices are good, and the salesperson has mostly been good- though many times he doesn't read my emails carefully and i have to communicate the same thing multiple times.
