Great experience. Faucet I bought has a really high-end look at a reasonable price, much better than I found on other sites. In addition the customer service was great. I'd purchased a hole cover which I ended up not needing and the return process was great. It was technically non-returnable, but since it hadn't been opened they made an exception, which I greatly appreciated.

I have purchased an entire bath suite for previous home at Quality bath... so I am back for more! This site has better info than even Hansgrohe's use site! plus helpful required add-ons suggested (some required for rough-ins, etc).
