Only complaint I tried to call customer service and no avail. Thus was before 8:00 pm EST.

Website was easy to navigate and prices were a little lower than other sites. I would definitely return to QualityBath.com for future needs.

Its already broke. The pump don't work.

They were responsive, told us how long it would take on back order, & even resent an email offer to us that we missed, so they were both helpful - Ellie, and also Avika Pomerantz as well - thanks The website was incorrect re the measurements of the bar faucet we bought, and a few others as well, consequently we had to re-think what faucet would work best.

I contacted QB several times since the 1st cabinet I ordered was on back order. Everyone I spoke to was helpful and really nice.

Tried to call and message before 5:00 couldn’t reach anyone about adding 2 items. I just wanted at least those 2 items that would fit this sink. The I guess called drain at it is on the sink in like it’s 2nd picture. Thank you
