Real easy purchase

There was a bit of an issue with shipping time and availability on the manufacturer side and Mimi from Quality Bath took care of everything and kept me updated just like she said she would! Everything arrived in perfect condition and on time. I even ordered a freestanding bathtub from Quality Bath which came on time packaged perfectly and is beautiful. So glad I found Quality Bath!!!

I have made several purchase from Quality Bath and all have gone well. The QB sales systems do a great job managing the search, sales and fulfillment processes.

I ordered a tub and toilet from Quality Bath. When I realized I ordered the wrong tub, I called and spoke with Ellie to help correct the order. Not only did she fix the problem, but she also applied a promo code that I was unaware of at the time of order. Awesome customer service and clear shipping estimates/delivery instructions.
