I have used other plumbing suppliers in the past, but none compare to Sara, Sol and Dov for their attentive customer service and solid design advice. Quality offers a very good line of products at fair prices - especially during promotions. And thanks to their NJ location, I can get them quicker than from CA or FL based companies. I am a quality convert

Your website said the product would ship within "days". I needed it quickly as a replacement. After purchase, you said it would take several weeks to ship!

Easy to order. Great descriptions of the kitchen sink faucet Only problem was it took 2 1/2 months to arrive. Due to back orders and Covid 19 supply and demand. Quality Bath was great in communicating via email on the delays and changing delivery dates. I love love the new Brizo Rook Bridge Faucet. Now, it's so easy to clean my oversize deep sink.

I had a question about products. Wrote the company an email, wrote twice in the "chat with an expert" and left a voicemail over the course of weeks - did not get any response. I had to call again and finally got a live person to help. Customer service was good previously but this time I was feeling frustrated and ignored. Overall good company just not happy with customer service.
