Reached out to CS several times to ensure this is what I need to accompany the Brizo Beauclere shower set. Worked with Jack on that one and he was excellent. Left 2 VM messages over the last week with no joy. Now the price increase has occurred and I'm facing a plumbing deadline. Surprised after such a positive experience the first time.
