I originally saw the faucet at a high end plumbing and design showroom. Was not planning on spending over $1000 for a faucet. Came home and did some research online and found the same faucet on Quality Bath website for considerably less money. Called customer service and had a very pleasant conversation with rep and placed the order. Was packaged well and arrived in a timely manner. Extremely happy with my purchase!
