They were responsive, told us how long it would take on back order, & even resent an email offer to us that we missed, so they were both helpful - Ellie, and also Avika Pomerantz as well - thanks The website was incorrect re the measurements of the bar faucet we bought, and a few others as well, consequently we had to re-think what faucet would work best.
