I received my order in perfect condition. All pieces were protected for shipping. This is my first time shopping and purchasing from QualityBath. I had a great experience with customer service as well. I chatted with Dina to see if she could order me a product that wasn't on their website and she was very helpful, was able to find what I needed and sent a quote via email. I take my time and shop around so I can tell you the prices are great!

Product got delayed in shipment (due to manufacturer issues) and Quality Bath emailed me to let me know. When it was close to needing the product for the contractor to install, I called Quality Bath and they were able to check on status immediately and let me know when the manufacturer was shipping to them, and how fast they could get it to me.
