They didn't call me to tell me the day of delivery. They just delivered my very expensive Duravit toilets to our driveway and nobody lives there yet. I would have been there in 5 min if they had called. I had a fork lift guy that was going to fork lift it to a safe location, but without warning, the Duravit toilets sat alone on my driveway, available for anyone that wanted to take them. Then, to top it off, the driver wrote on his form that 'Barbara' (me) was there to accept the item which is a complete lie. I called the company to complain, and they said I have to take it up with the delivery company. They were not polite on the phone and said that there was nothing they could do.

I found Quality Bath online during a search for Blanco sinks. I luckily landed on Mimi, who is the absolute BEST. Knowledgeable, personable, efficient and a delight to work with.
