First tub I ordered was damaged in shipping. I contacted Quality Bath immediately and they sent a replacement which arrived in perfect condition. Very good customer service and sent a good product.

Had a question about vanity tops. Called and spoke with Sol who explained everything and made my purchase decision easy.

I thought this item was in stock and would ship immediately, but after checkout I was given a notice that says "delivery times can vary greatly" meaning this might not be in stock. I can't specify faster shipping, and I can't see an estimated arrival date before purchase. These are features I value. I might have to cancel this order because of timing.
