I wish you had been open for chat/customer service when I placed my order so I could ask a question, but had to go ahead since the 16%-off sale on Avanity cabinets ends tomorrow am at 9:00...which is when you open!

I needed a question answered but the representative was not available during 4:30 pm PDT. I did not want to miss out on the 5% discount so I placed the order. The website did not mention returns other than for damage purposes. I would have liked to know if I would be able to return the mirror if I did not like it when I actually saw it.

Quality Bath made the experience shopping for my bathroom remodel so much easier. Josh, my salesperson was very knowledgeable about the products I wanted, helping me get everything needed for the job and accommodating my requests. He had exceptional follow through. Products were held in the warehouse until we were ready to receive them and the prices were the best I found.
