ordering was wonderful. We were told our products would be ready in about 3-4 weeks, which would have brought it to mid June. We just received the last piece yesterday, August 6. I understand that production is slow but 2 things. Had we know Brizo was so slow (and we spoke with other plumbing places and they said everyone knows Brizo is slow) we would have ordered a different brand. I felt we were lied to in order to get the order. And secondly, we would call and leave messages and NO ONE would call back. All we needed were updates and basic customer service. We initially thought working with Quality was going to be a great experience, turned out to be horrible. Sorry to say...
