We have not installed the products yet so far they look very nice And the quality also looks nice But we have not gotten to the point where they're installed yet

Shipping is sometimes slow, but that may be due to the general pandemic-related supply issues. Customer service is responsive and helpful. I received one filter with a broken part. It likely broken during transit. I contacted CS and they promptly sent another one for free.

Our original order did not contain all the items. Quality Bath rep was very apologetic and responsive. The missing item was quickly replaced with minimum hassle on our end.
