I would like to know the shipping arrival date ahead of time before palcing order
I needed a special size drain for a sink I'd ordered. The person I talked with was very knowledgeable and found what I needed right away. My plumber installed it, and it's perfect!
Web site should indicate when business is closed
Other retailers said it would take 8-10 weeks to get the product. Quality Bath told me it would take 1 week to get product and 1 week to ship and I received in 10 days. Thanks!

I simply needed a few questions answered as it was a high dollar purchase. Spending this type of money without speaking to someone is a bit irresponsible to me anyway.
