I bought a Rohl faucet for my kitchen sink, had a plumber install it and ran water through it. Unfortunately, I had mistakenly bought the version with the prep sink sized arm, which barely reached past the inner edge of my kitchen sink. I was prepared to eat the cost (which had been a good deal) and buy a whole new (correct sized) unit. A gentleman in customer service said that the arm could be replaced separately-a huge savings! The arm was sent to me directly from Rohl and I was able to easily install it myself. I would happily use Quality Bath every time, not just for their excellent prices, but for their friendly and expert customer service!

They have been amazing to work with. Looking forward to the final product.

The process was super helpful and Jack assisted greatly.

The fella that helped me out initially never responded to my emails after sale was done I just kept getting reply says he is away from office but he would maybe respond to some emails. Never heard from him again. He caught a issue but also sold me 2 handheld hoses. Its still in the box and ready to be returned. Would love to change this review to a 5 star but I need the 200$ matt black hose returned
