Fast easy service. Will look at doing business from the builders side more often if shipment is received in a timely manor and in great condition. Customer service was exceptionally great.

I accidentally ordered two water faucets instead of one. Quality Bath made an exception for hte return without a restocking fee and I really appreciated it. They also helped me over the phone to match the water filter faucet with a faucet. It felt like a customized experience!

The wait for the product was excessive.
