We ordered our tub in early august with the promise of a late September delivery. This fit in well with planned bathroom renovation. A week later the delivery slid into October; still okay as We had built some slack In the schedule. And then customer service lost all ability to track. Our eenovation continued as the crew and other materials were on site. So, we now have a bathroom without a tub. Finally Avi provided a list of tubs in stock rather than wait for some unknown future shipment. 7 weeks late We now have a 2nd choice tub , and will incur added expense and inefficiency of bringing the crew back. Disappointed? Yes. Happy? I hope. Still waiting to hear when we can get the crew back.
