I honestly thought it was a scam at first because the sink price was so much better than any other retailers, but it wasn't! The sink arrived sooner than expected and in perfect condition. Am very happy with the value and quality of the fireclay sink I received and the streamlined customer service experience. The rep I spoke with wasn't exactly friendly, but he gave me the information I needed in an efficient manner.
