I contacted first as the writer no one was ordered and they were able to cancel order for the proper size one. The freight company was the only issue as it was just left in my drive way without any warning or time estimate. It was delivered late!

Quality Bath was great to work with. They were easy to contact, answered all of my questions, and took care of return/exchange issues with bath fixtures. I appreciate that they kept my purchase at their warehouse for a couple of months until I was ready for installation.

Although I ordered and expected to receive this Hansgrohe Thermostatic Trim with Volume Control, I received one without volume control. After my initial order I even called back to make sure the fixture I ordered was with volume control, and at that point ordered a different fixture that should have had volume control. I did not find out from my plumber that the fixture did not have volume control until after it was installed, so could not return it. When I called Quality Bath to complain, they only offered to sell me the correct fixture at a discounted price. So now I am living with a trim without volume control and feel very frustrated (and cheated) by my experience with Quality Bath.
