Excellent order format and phone service!

In 2014 my experience with Quality Bath products and service was excellent. I bought Duravit vanities and toilets and Grohe faucets. I was so happy that I kept the name of my contact, and to my surprise, she was still there to advise me on the selections. Together, we found the right pieces for the budgeted amounts. I ordered and asked to make just one shipment when the order was complete. We got everything on time to start the project. Customer service was outstanding! I would definitely return as a customer and highly recommend doing business with Quality Bath.

Beautiful fixture. Installed professionally. This faucet has a much lower water pressure, flow from spray head compared to other models in our home... second kitchen sink. Restrictor not simple to remove, permanently part of aerator, spray Handle.
