The ordering process was a breeze. I ordered it by phone, the customer service rep checked the availability while I was on hold, placed the order and I had the faucet within a week. Excellent service.

Dina was great to work with and very helpful as we figured out what we wanted and needed. This was a big ticket item for us and pretty nerve wracking to make an online purchase of this size. Looking forward to the rest of the process being so easy!

I had a few questions about the sink I was interested in. When I talked to your service rep, Mimi, she was great, so helpful. She checked availability for me and let me know it would ship to me in a few days. This was not our first purchase from QualityBath. Every order has been a good experience from order to receiving. Everything arrived when they told me it would. Items were well packaged and arrived in perfect condition. When a plumbing need comes up we will be ordering from you. Thanks for such great service.
