PRICING WAS GOOD BUT NOT BEING ABLE TO FINALIZE AN ORDER ONLINE IS TIME WASTED. Having to wait for a quote so I can change the shipping address, this is something that should be able to do online in the cart process.
The website is clear and intuitive, and when I called with a question, Jack was able to see my cart and help me figure out the details.
