I emailed twice asking about buying a standalone tub and received no response. I also called my sales rep and no return phone call.

QB have been very attentive to my multiple orders and have been extremely helpful with changes that needed to be made. Customer Service has been excellent and site is very easy to navigate.

I would like to know the delivery date of my purchase before I buy it not afterwards. I would also like more information about the item I bought. There were no specs, no pictures of the drawers in the vanity and I it was difficult to confirm I was buying a vanity with a right side cabinet and left facing sink. However, Quality Bath had the product I wanted and it was available for purchase online. Every other store was out of stock and putting people on waitlists.

Easy to find what we wanted with clear options for specs. Will give another five-star rating when product arrives on time in immaculate condition.
