Customer service at QualityBath.com is excellent! My order was direct shipped by the manufacturer, and there were some delays in getting some of the items. QualityBath.com kept me well informed and was excellent in communicating status. The last part of the order involved the manufacturer shipping the incorrect items, and QualityBath.com took care of getting everything corrected quickly so that my correct items were in my hands shortly thereafter (even though the error was completely by the manufacturer). Thank yo for great customer service!
