Easy ordering process and tub arrived packed with bottled water, which was much appreciated by the construction crew. Tub works great, retains heat nicely (with the foam upgrade), and the push-down drain is much better than the traditional pop-up drain. Tub itself is great and has an ideal slope for reclining. I was worried that it would be too vertical to be comfortable, but it's actually perfect. The only slight drawback is the edges of the tub are quite thin so there's not a super comfortable place to rest your arms, but the thin profile of the edges helps it fit nicely into our smaller bathroom so it's a compromise I'm happy to make. Overall, great tub, glad I got it.
