Shopping with Quality Bath was a pleasant experience. Even though we live on the opposite side of the country, we received or tub quicker than the estimated time frame given when purchasing. It arrived well packed in a crate and was damage free.

Very easy to navigate the website and they always answer the phone if there are questions along the way one may have when on the site which really makes a difference. I am a repeat customer because of their customer service and actually treating people the way they want to be treated - what a concept!!

Very patient customer service. Easy to navigate web site. Lots of quality merchandise.

Online transaction seemed to complete, logging into Paypal showed the charge was made (but 'pending'). No confirmation of sale. I called, ended up on hold a while listening to advertising while being transferred. Verified no transaction actually happened, so started over, this time it worked. No idea what the problem was.
