Like the sales. Hope the lead time on product is as was conveyed via phone and email to me.

They sent me the wrong item and then took forever to ship me the correct one, despite me sending the wrong item back promptly. I also emailed about a problem with one of the faucets they sent me, twice. I received emails back saying customer service would get in touch with me but they never did. Worst customer service ever.

Ive been looking for this part for a month, stopping at plumbing supply places and nobody could help. put in a cheep fix and am sorry. I am glad I found you on line. Thank you Jeff
