We ordered this faucet from Quality Bath and waited for over 6 weeks for this faucet to be made/shipped to us (according to them). We ordered a stainless finish. After waiting all that time, we received a polished chrome finish. Not only that, the faucet seemed like an open box item. It was missing all the internal packaging and bags protecting the finish of the faucet. Upon reaching out, the customer service agent was respectful and apologized for the mistake. I was told that we would have to wait another 6 weeks to get the correct faucet and the return process could take up to two weeks. After digesting this, I decided to cancel my order and get a refund. I did a quick search online a found the same faucet on a competitor’s website. It was more expensive, but I had it in two days. I was surprised to see how well packaged it was compared to the one we got before. Buyer beware. They may have good prices, but I believe that’s to “get you in the door”. They then will place an order with the manufacturer and you’re stuck waiting for weeks/months to get it. My advice is to spend a little extra and get your product quickly and correctly from someone else.
