There was a delivery problem where they said it was delivered and it was not. They sent me another one at no charge. The product itself is excellent.

Great Price, good communication

Issues with the delivery. First we asked them to hold delivery, and that didn't happen. Then it was curbside delivery- and I have no idea how anyone expects a single person to carry a 5 foot vanity into the house, or up a flight of stairs. While all was great with the product- I will never order from you again unless you fix delivery.

My order does not tell me when this will arrive. In ordering, I saw that it will be shipped within 1 business day, but does not give me an estimate arrival date like other sites. When I get it is important. Thank you.

would like the website to note if the items I am ordering are in stock - so I know before I place the order and pay.

Accessories were there for me to purchase, which is not the case for most other sites. I would like to know if the garbage disposal flange included the basket for the other drain as well. If not, then the ability to buy the drain basket should be made available so they match.

This was an order of 20 fixtures for remodeling master and guest baths, and kitchen. Quality Bath shipped what was in stock and, whenever a new item was received by them, shipped it to me no matter how small the item. I have currently received 6 or more shipments all of which with free shipping, and only have one item left to ship for which they provided a shipping date. Everything has been securely packed within their manufacturer's boxes, as well as enclosed with much additional packing material in a shipping box from Quality Bath. Nothing received was broken or damaged. I couldn't have been more satisfied with the service from Quality Bath - #1 for me!
