I have had a horrible time with the purchase of this tub that is damaged. No one will help me support me or follow up with a game plan to have it fixed. Very upset with Victoria&Albert and quality baths customer service. Not what I expected from a company that had good reviews.

Quality Bath stood behind their products, agreed to take back an item, which was so well priced I actually kept it and matched a published price after delivery. I will buy more and recommend.

I am doing a remodel of a bathroom and I'm incorporating the shower. The purchase and delivery were very easy. The item has not been install yet. Hopefully installation and usage will be as easy

I ask questions and got answers timely.

It was very confusing. There was a sale, it said I had an hour to use it then it said I didn't quaify. Then another sale said I had 12hours. Then I was send a code for registering but no place to put it. Made me feel like it was all a bate and switch. I spent hours trying to make it work. Sale was only at night so I wound up working til midnight placing order and no one to talk to because you were closed during sale.

Well-designed search and categories make shopping on this site a breeze. Also, the site was very gracious to offer me a military discount that I really appreciated!
