I had a very courteous customer service representative assist me in my purchase, as I wasn't sure of the size to order. I also ordered the sink strainers which are very pretty but aren't strong enough to hold my heavy garbage disposal. Unfortunately, I have to return those and just used my old ones which are still in good condition. I will highly recommend QualityBath to my family and friends who are pleased with the look, service and quality of my new sink.

Overall a good experience. Although I know it isn't Quality Bath's fault, there was a significant delay in receiving one item because of the supplier's suply chain delays and this was very frustrating since we are in the middle of a remodel.
