The cabinet arrived without its mounting hardware. Several months had passed as hadn't unpacked until we were ready to install in a new build. The hardware was dispatched quickly and arrived within a few days. Communication was very good throughout buying process, as there was a delay from ordering to fulfillment. Arrived when advised. Really well packed. Great experience.

I received the wrong product twice. Instead of ensuring I received the right product, I had to wait weeks for an RMA before I could get a replacement. I am returning the wrong products and ordering elsewhere because I don't trust the right product will be sent to me.

I love the polish nickel, and so I went with these shower fixtures to match the sink faucets that I bought in polished nickel. Customer service was great and helping me make my selections and again when there was a delay they were helpful in changing my order to one that was in stock. This was a great company to do business with!
