Quality Bath gave great prices on the items I selected and I saved quite a bit of money over the local plumbing supply place. Plus, the manufacturer of the fixtures verified that Quality Bath is an authorized dealer and the warranty would be fully supported. One of the items I received had a finish defect on a handle. Quality Bath immediately expressed that they would do whatever it took to make good on the product. I will definitely order from Ellie at Quality Bath again.
