I couldn’t get anyone on teh phone or in chat to answer my questions.

When I called customer service pre-purchase, the person I spoke to was knowledgeable about the various finishes available for the faucet I was interested in. As the images and finish names can be unclear and confusing, they helped me choose the one that would match the other finishes in my kitchen.

I have used quality bath in 2021, and had great results. The salespeople are quite helpful and knowledgeable. My last order was tracked nicely and has several deliveries, that worked out just fine. I plan on using Quality Bath for all my bathrooms that we get contracted to do.
