I have bought many items from them and they are my go to business when I need something for my house. I have been satisfied with all of their products and they are fast to get in touch with you when you reach out to them with any questions that you may have. Quality is surely a great name for them because of how they run their business. Keep up the good work!

No evening call support

Shipping was very slow, but the quality of the products meets my expectations. Faucets came with matching sink stoppers, which is convenient. Overall a good shopping experience.

I've got two TOTO washlets from Qualitybath, about a year apart. Both times the experience was great, the price was as good as possible and the products arrived much faster than initially anticipated. Overall, great experience.

I would highly recommend QualityBath- I had placed an order with a good number of items for a new build, and I got a call from Josh, who had noticed I may have overlooked a few valves/fittings that I didn't realize I needed! I was extremely impressed with this customer service and beyond happy that he called and asked if I missed this. A++ service!

Very good prices and good customer service. I recall lead times weren't available on the website but there was prompt and friendly communication by email. Products ultimately arrived on time or earlier than expected. Very good experience.

Jack was incredible. He even responded after hours, to let me know when he would be available so we could coordinate. He answered every question thoughtful, was polite, and really makes your customer service shine. I had not heard of Quality Bath until trying to search for the faucet I was looking for at the best possible price. Great to find a company that will work direct to consumer, not just with a vendor or contractor, to offer someone managing their own project a fair price.
