Great communication, rapid response, resolved issues quickly. (wrong item was sent, they simply had another sent without requiring a return) , good prices, good purchasing advice.

As a professional, I expect professional service and Quality Bath delivers on its promise to provide high quality service, competitive pricing and flawless customer service. Josh, my service rep is responsive and accommodating. I never feel like I am just another 'cyber' . it is not always easy to work out client issues, but Josh and others like Chana in customer service, are exemplary in helping work out issues related to timing and product delays. Kudos to both of them!
