I tried to buy a valve without the rough (I already have the correct rough) and it seemed that I could not complete my purchase. So I bought the valve elsewhere. Sorry!

My Sidler tall cabinet had to be shipped from Canada, which entailed processing through customs, and shipment by rail. Even after an unexpected rail accident, Quality Bath was responsive, helpful, complete and candid. They notified me when this odd issue arose and went to work to ensure that we received the cabinet right in time for our contractor to install. Great job.
