The online ordering process was simple and "clean", meaning not a bunch of questions. But I had a problem with your customer service chat person, Akiva. She or He didn't answer some of my questions, so after 25 minutes of waiting, I closed the chat.

Good price for a Robern medicine cabinet I was looking for; however, after typing the word "Robern" along with "medicine cabinet" and the dimensions into the search window, the results did not show it. I had to add extra info ("R3") before the item showed up.
