I ordered a shower base that was supposed to be in stock, then found out it was back ordered. The salesman said I could get a different color that was in stock so I did it. Then I found out that the second choice was in production. I don't think the salesman was being honest, I think he just wanted to make a sale. I started the process Nov 21 but didn't receive a shower base until Dec 27. My customer was mad, and I had to deal with that. I will not order from Quality Bath again. I like the MTI shower base that I bought, I'll just have to find another dealer to buy from.
