Quality Bath was super responsive, accurate and went the extra step to validate actual shipping times, not just simply what appeared on screen. A product I wanted was not listed on their website, and the person I spoke with went the extra mile to find out if he could order it, and got it for a fair price (and quicker than their competitors). I'm very pleased with Quality Bath and wish I had discovered them earlier in the renovation process. I will order from QB again!
