I've talked to me rep on the importance of making sure clients are told exactly what is needed for a project. They know, or at least should know, these lines like the back of their hand, we as designers, deal with hundreds of protects, well beyond plumbing. I look to my rep as someone I can trust to make sure my order is complete and thorough. In this regard, I needed to know a drain did not come with the faucet.
