I've been very happy with Quality Bath so far! My items have not yet been installed. But I believe all arrived well packed and in perfect condition. My sales representative was Akiva who worked with me and alleviated all my concerns. I needed the tub to ship after the other items because my contractor had not started demolition, etc.
