Jack was amazingly helpful. Spoke at least 5 times by phone plus multiple emails/quotes. He was always knowledgeable, polite and patient. I searched thoroughly and quality bath was hundreds of dollars cheaper than anywhere else. Two other businesses asked me where I was able to find my MTI tub at such a low price. They said my price quote was lower than they are able to purchase the tub for! I'm so sold on quality bath! I only wish they carried Kohler products too!!!

Very good website, although it took me three extra days to place my order because I had to follow up with the sales person to confirm/add things to order not available on website and we went back and forth via phone/email several times before I was able to complete the transaction. However, very helpful and quick once we did connect.

Quality Bath carries beautiful high end bathroom fixtures and accessories. The Perrin & Rowe - Rohl line is the most ornate for inside-the-shower accessories, at a decent price.
