I reached out to support after my sink arrived cracked and they were quick to ship me a replacement. The second sink also arrived cracked, and when I asked for a refund, support refused unless I completely destroyed the sink and sent proof (even though I'd already sent proof of both items being cracked upon arrival). Terrible policy, terrible quality. For an expensive sink and reputable company, I'd expect much better.
