Lots of required drop down menus, so I am assured that the selections and options were carefully considered. The feature allowing all spec sheets to print to pdf automatically was great! I think the return policies contain frustrating loopholes (e.g., must open product, prefer in front of delivery driver, to inspect for damage...but also, must return all packaging unopened? I can't both open it to inspect it and keep it unopened to return to you. However, your ratings are overwhelmingly positive so we're trusting it.
