I have bought a number of items recently from Quality Bath, for a home renovation. The experience has been excellent; I have saved money with promo discounts on name brands, most items have been in stock, and when I needed to exchange an item due to a defect, they immediately shipped a new one out without requiring me to send the defective part back.
