Dina's support for all questions much appreciated. Dina and the team helped us get our refund for the rim mount tub filler we could not use. And they did this even though the floor mount tub filler was purchased from our local supplier. We will keep all links to QB as a result for future projects in our home.

Jack was amazingly helpful. Spoke at least 5 times by phone plus multiple emails/quotes. He was always knowledgeable, polite and patient. I searched thoroughly and quality bath was hundreds of dollars cheaper than anywhere else. Two other businesses asked me where I was able to find my MTI tub at such a low price. They said my price quote was lower than they are able to purchase the tub for! I'm so sold on quality bath! I only wish they carried Kohler products too!!!
